The recommended time is based on the individualities of your eyes. Generally speaking, they're designed to be comfortable for up to 12 continuous hours. After this time, please use your cleaning solution to disinfect them for the next day. If you do choose to wear them as continuous wear, we do recommend that they are removed once a week and disinfected.
