  1. The 'Subscribe and Save' feature is a service provided by MiEyes that allows customers to subscribe to receive their preferred contact lenses on a recurring basis.

  2. By subscribing to the 'Subscribe and Save' feature, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  3. Customers who subscribe to the 'Subscribe and Save' feature will receive a 5% discount on every order.

  4. Customers must sign up for a minimum of two billing cycles and can thereafter cancel their subscription at any time.

  5. Customers can choose their preferred contact lenses and set the frequency at which they wish to receive them.

  6. Customers will be charged for each order at the time of shipment, and the 5% discount will be applied automatically.

  7. The price of the contact lenses may change from time to time, and customers will be subject to the new price. If there is a price increase before the second billing cycle, the customer may contact MiEyes to cancel the subscription.

  8. MiEyes reserves the right to modify or terminate the 'Subscribe and Save' feature at any time, with or without notice.

  9. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.

  10. By subscribing to the 'Subscribe and Save' feature, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with UK law.
