Refund policy
At miEyes, we’re always here to help. We understand that mistakes can happen during ordering, sometimes items just aren’t required anymore or occasionally items don’t arrive in the condition that you’ve expected. If this ever happens please contact us on info@mieyes.co.uk or via the website. If the mistake was ours then we’ll offer a full refund and cover postage and returns costs and our 10% restocking fee will not apply.
What items are returnable?
To receive a refund for your item/s it must be in unopened, unused , unmarked and in its original condition. It must arrive back to us within 30 days of the dated original order. If the item was security sealed it must not be broken. We are happy to offer a refund for such cases; however, please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover administrative and handling costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any eye drops, solutions and sprays, even if they are unopened. Eye supplements can only be returned if the security seal is unbroken.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your items have been processed you will receive an email confirming your refund is on its way. Most refunds take 3-5 working days to appear on your statement – dependant on your card issuer. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
