UK Shipping

When will my order arrive?

For orders placed by 1PM from Monday to Friday in the UK, your items will be dispatched the same day using a 1-2 working day delivery method.

If you require your lenses by the next day, please select NEXT DAY delivery at checkout, charged at an additional £9.95. Our stock levels are consistently high, allowing for the majority of orders to be dispatched on the same day. You will receive a tracking update from Royal Mail or DPD and a dispatch email from us, enabling you to monitor your order's progress. Please note, NEXT DAY delivery is only available for UK-based orders.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders will incur a £3.95 shipping charge. Guaranteed NEXT DAY delivery is available for an additional £9.95 and is subject to items being in stock.

USA Shipping

When will my order arrive?

For our customers in the USA, we ship your orders using DHL EXPRESS. The delivery time will depend on the level of shipping you select at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery at a cost of $8.
  • Rush Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery within 1-3 working days, choose this option at a cost of $16.

You will receive a tracking update from DHL EXPRESS and a dispatch email from us, allowing you to track your order's journey to your doorstep.

General Information for All Orders

Can I order contact lenses without a prescription?

Yes, you can! While we don't require you to submit a prescription, we advise having your current boxes on hand when ordering. This minimises errors and delays. If you need us to check you've ordered the correct contact lenses/items, we're here to help. Please drop us an email at info@mieyes.co.uk.
We also ask that our US customers email their prescription to prescriptions@mieyes.com so that we keep it on record.

What if I'm not home?

Most of our items are sent in letterbox packages, so there's no need to worry about being in to receive them. On the small chance the item can't be posted and you're not home, a card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

For UK orders, please allow a minimum of 3 working days for your items to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived after this time, contact our customer services at info@mieyes.co.uk. For USA orders, please allow up to 5 working days (standard shipping) or 3 working days (rush expedited shipping) for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within these timeframes, please reach out to us for assistance.
