Solution recommendations
How many hours can I wear Proclear Monthly?

All in One Light or Opti-Free Puremoist

We also advise using a lubricating drop when using these lenses. Hycosan Blue is our fav!

The recommended time is based on the individualities of your eyes. Generally speaking, they're designed to be comfortable for up to 10 continuous hours. After this time, please use your cleaning solution to disinfect them for the next day. Have a look at our How to use page for more information on the correct cleaning and storage process.

How to insert your contact lense

FIRSTLY & MOST IMPORTANTLY

Wash your hands with an anti-bacterial soap, rinse and dry your hands with a lint free towel.

CHECK THAT THE LENS IS THE CORRECT WAY ROUND

To do this, put the lens on the lens on the tip of your finger and hold it up to light. If the edges flare out, its inside out. If you’re wearing Acuvue lenses they have a 1-2-3 indicator. make sure the digits aren’t backwards.

USING YOUR RIGHT HAND

Gently hold your upper eyelid with one finger so you don’t blink or get your eyelashes in the way, carefully pull down your lower eyelid with your other fingers.

MOVE THE CONTACT LENS

Slowly towards your eye. Look upward as you place it on your eye, and slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a momnet to allow the lens to settle. Repeat for your other eye.

How to remove your contact lense

FIRSTLY & MOST IMPORTANTLY

Wash your hands with an anti-bacterial soap. Then look up and carefully pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger.

BRING YOUR INDEX FINGER TO YOUR EYE

Slowly until you touch the lower edge of the lens, and slide the lens down tot he lower white part of the eye.

GENTLY SQUEEZE THE LENS

Between the thumb and index finger and remove it. Repeat this for your left eye.

DISCARD DAILY DISPOSABLE CONTACT LENSES
